    Default Best Division in boxing

Whats the best division today and why fukers?

130-Pac, Barrera, Morales, Juarez, Guzman, Barrios, Valero, Humberto Soto, Alex Arthur, Mosquera

135-Corrales, Juan Diaz, Julio Diaz, Casamayor, Raheem, Freitas, Anthony Peterson, David Diaz( )

140-Hatton, Castillo(gonna go ahead and say he's gonna be 140), Cotto, Vivian Harris, D. Hopkins, Malignaggi, Witter, Corley, Hlatshwayo, Urango, Kotelnik, Rabah

147-PBF, Judah, Baldomir, Margarito, Collazo, Quintana, Williams, Cintron, Clottey, Mitchell, Gatti( )

154-Spinks, ODLH, Mosley, Karmazin, Ouma, Rivera, Dzinziriuk, Alcine, Forrest, Quartey, Sergio Martinez ( ), Reda Zam Zam (mention cause of name), Santos

160-Wright, Taylor, Abraham, Miranda, Sturm, Castilliejo, Soliman, Pavlik, Duddy

168-Calzaghe, Kessler, Lacy, Beyer, Mundine, Librado Andrade, Alan Green, Froch, Veit

Obviously I'm bored but that's all I'm listing, anything over 168 is Probably should have listed 115 but oh well.

I was thinking 130, which probably has the most big names. I was actually surprised when I started listing them that 140 is pretty deep. I'm sure I forgot some people but oh well.

cc, I was thinking 130 but I'm not sure now.

Don't know how much Barrera and Morales really have left, don't really know what to think about Valero. That leaves Pac, Barrios, Guzman, Soto, and Juarez which is a pretty good five but I'm honestly not sure which division is the best.

I voted 147--I think Shane's definitely coming back down there (and hopefully Cotto's coming up).

130 and 147 by far for me.Most explosive matches are there to be made.Cotto and Margarito at 147,Valero and Erik at 130,all my fave fighters and then P4P Mayweather,Pacman etc etc too many great fighters in those weights!

I'd say 147, followed closely by 130 and then 160.

I think 147 is hands down the most interesting, so many quality fighters at that weight.

I'd still have the heavyweights in my top 3 though. Yes I know their are no great fighters out there right now but it's still the heavyweight division!

As much as I love the Pacman and Diego Corrales there is something that is extra satisfying seeing two real big men go at it.

I personally can't wait for Toney Peter, I'm looking forward to seeing the freak show Valuec on his American debut, I want to see how the American heavies respond to the Russian Takeover, and most of all I want to see if Matt 'No Talent' Skelton can actually get a world title shot,

147.Quite a few big name boxers in that division. And all the drama thats happening in it now has made interesting.130 is also a good one right now but 147 got it for me.

all the big stuff is goin on around the 147 mark so i went 147 and plus its probably got some of the best history in that division, but its closely rivalled by 130,154 and 160 for the great fights and great fighters in those divisions over this generation. but i think welter is the future for a few yeears to come.

A toss up between 130 and 147---130 has more guys at the tail end of their careers though.....147 has been one of the top divisions for a long time now...going back to when you had DLH,Mosley,Trinidad,Quartey in and out around the same time

I hate to be a tool...but 140-168 just blows me away.

I've got favorites all the way up the ladder & finally...all of the matches that I have wanted to come off actually are.

IWO...this is a good time for "us/we" boxing die hards.
