I can see either guy winning but voted for garcia because he seems to be able to do abit more than just punch . Having said that i also picked peterson to beat mathysse & wasnt exactly spot on with that 1.

I was impressed with lucas last night and id give him the edge over garcia in punch power but i think danny would use his jab vs lucas and box him off the backfoot. Judah is a common opponent who beat lucas but didnt really come close to beating Dannny so in this fight id pick the apparent underdog Garcia to stay unbeaten and retain his title on points

It only took Lucas one round to cut the ring off with Peterson. Can Danny do that for 12? Also, Garcia throws hooks, and you don't hook with a hooker, as they say. I like Garcia, even if his dad is a tool. Garcia has some pop too. I just haven't seen Matthysse hurt yet, and I'm not sure the guys at 140 have the power to do it. If he walks through Garcia's jab, it's lights out.

I think that is what makes it so scary/worrisome for Garcia. Matthysse arguably has the greatest power AND possibly the best chin in boxing. Dude just walks right in for a shot. Peterson landed his hook about the same time on an unsuspecting Matthysse and Matthysse was basically unfazed. Meanwhile Peterson saw stars and other things in the cosmos.

I have a hard time calling this one. Either way I think it will be a good watch. Too many lopsided fights lately. I do not think this will be a blowout. I would be happy seeing either guy win. Has the possibility of being like the first Rios v Alvarado fight. May come down to who has the better chin.
