I also thought it could have been a draw.

I may have just been in awe at the flashy combos that Kessler was landing with as they were the high lights of the fight for me.

I know Froch won 1,2,3 and 12 off the top of my head but to me Kessler wan most of the rounds in between with his sharper punching. When I saw the punch count at the end I couldn't believe how many they had credited Froch with. I still dont.

I cant argue with the result but the wide margin was bullshit. Froch was never that much better than Kessler until the last half minute when Kessler was exhausted.

7th & 8th Froch clearly won. In fact Froch battered him in the 8th. The 9th could have gone either way. Kessler landed the better punches but Froch landed more. I preferred the volume but I did deliberate which way that one could have gone. I think a 3rd fight is merited. It wasn't one sided in any way.

I agree. Its annoying how any mention that the fight was a draw and your blind or stupid. It WAS that close.

In fact it wouldnt surprise me if some of the same people who are awarding Froch rounds based on volume over Kesslers sharper, harder punches are the same who gave Calzaghe no credit for out landing Hopkins.
