However if he tries to pick shots and throw short bursts of combos, Floyd will pick him off.

The question is... Can anyone keep up the pace that Mosley did in that second round for an entire 12 rounder?
what pace? he landed the one right hand that stunned Mayweather, rocked him, punched himself out and then was dominated for the second half of the round

canelo will sprinkle cinammon in floyd's eyes in the 5th round.

You talk like you've never seen Floyd fight before, Floyd will not be there for Canelo to hit.
Floyd will not be getting into a slugfest with Canelo. Floyd will take a look at him for two or three rounds, then start taking him apart, just like he always does.
If Floyd keeps fighting long enough he will lose, but I haven't seen any real depreciation of his skills yet.
If Floyd does lose it would bring a sense of fairness back into my world, it bothers me to see someone so much better than everyone else. Yes, I AM LAUGHING OUT LOUD!

he is young, undefeated, hungry to be the next big star, confident, fast, puncher and the best at the weight.

I would give Canelo perhaps a forty percent chance. IF he can get to Floyd's body that will probably be the key. Canelo has knocked down a number of opponents with his body work. Of course it's not like Floyd doesn't know that. I remember one of those short docs Showtime was doing to hype the fight Floyd Senior was saying Floyd, due to his age and wear and tear can only win fights with his smarts. I think that is exactly what he has been doing. If, by any chance Canelo can make this a bit of a brawl he has a chance. If the fight is a Floyd fight all the way through it may end up being just another boring Floyd fight. It certainly would be nice to have someone new in the top spot. I appreciate what Floyd does but his fights have been a bit boring lately. I would love to see Canelo go balls to the wall and take this.

I'm sure the kid will put in a gallant and spirited effort. Shame about his feet thoughand the fact that he almost has to come to complete stop to throw a power shot.

Floyd will win what will be the absolute stinkiest fight of his career. He's already gone against everything he and his cumbucket fan brigade said about "making a guy comfortable at his weight" so give up on any Mayweather risk taking come fight night (not like there's much to give up on). It's going to be a beautiful night of boxing: posturing, followed by straight hand then smother, followed by a few little uppercuts to the body (if you're lucky), followed by ref breaking up the clinch, followed by posturing, followed by more posturing, followed by left jab to solar plexus, followed by ducking motion under Canelo's beltline, followed by shoulder pressed to Caenlo's body (to avoid any offence/action from either fighter), followed by smothering (no little uppercuts as Canelo may land one of his own), followed by forearm to the throat, followed by shoeshine straight right, followed by posturing...

I've told anyone who will listen, this will be Mike Jones vs Randall Bailey, where you have one guy stinking up the place for safety reasons but really that's on Floyd haters, cause real honest fans wanted this to wait till 2014 for Canelo to get better.
