Vomit?
Vomit?
Yeah vomit
I would have to think that when you spar a friend your more comfortable and relaxed. When you spar someone else its throwing you off a bit and causing your sickness.
It must be a head game. Even if you don't feel nervous the slightly higher tension must be causing it.
Try to relax yourself more before going to the gym by visualizing yourself relaxed while sparring.
Yeah agree with these guys. Maybe if you practice a yoga breathing style like is used in martial arts it will help form more pressure and control lower around your abdomen.
What would happen if they wernt allowed to throw any shots at you at all and only you were allowed to throw at them and they just practice evasion. (Would you still throw up)?
This would tell you if its from a physiological /nervous trigger or not.
You could exercise out of it easily over time if you found that out, you just go from there and increase their contact in small stages.
That and change breathing could do it![]()
Who clears all that sick up?
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Sounds like you need to grow a pair. No offence man.
Either it's basic nerves or you have an anxiety problem that you are unaware of.
I'd suggest going to the doctors before consulting a forum full of idiots that know boxing matches punch by punch since the 20's but couldn't find the pull off bit of a band aid.
Anyways, definitely not a boxing issue.
You say tomato,
