Absolutely correct, @IamInuit . I've been saying that for some time now. Comparing Juan Manuel to Cotto, you find that Cotto adapted his style to different fights. He learned from his losses. He changed trainers. He did what he had to do. Juan Manuel has done none of that. And he's done. Tremendous rise to the start of his career.... but ran into a brick wall (named Salido). After those losses he was done. Brave kid, but he needs to hang them up. I've rarely seen a fighter come to a crashing halt like that, after a 30-0 start and that kind of KO record.

Never expected Lopez to win. But I at least expected him to put up more of a fight. He's just all talk now. No doubt Salido ruined him badly. He's damn lucky the Gamboa fight never happened. He would of got slaughtered

He's like JMM a good shot will put him down but his legs are never shaky afterward and he recooperates incredibly fast. Then again those KD's were to margiinal fighters. Garcia will do the same to Gamboa and his bad mechanics as he did to Juanam. Garcia is so extremely technical and distroys his opponents. A sweet calm assassin. PBF is also sweet but gets more credit for his hand picked opponents and boring wins.

Think Daniel Ponce De Leon should try and rematch Lopez. He's there for the taking now. Would be a good rebound for Lopez too if he could produce another performance like the first one.
