Had a similar thing out here a few weeks back because two escaped it and have been speaking ill of the place,child labour on their farms, being locked in the headquarters cellar for weeks on end to split him and his girlfriend up (who snuck off and had sex) Ummargh they was naughty children.

What was more naughty was she is the niece of the boss of it all.

The religion has tapes of each of the members 'clearing' or confessing up to their darkest thoughts and sins etc, so they got you in a bind from the start.

The two of them live out here in Australia now but are exposing all the practices.

Scientology like most cults (and organised religion which is a larger type of cult) is based upon batshit foundations. I don't blame scientology for having a go down the old harrassment route, after all Islam does it today, as did the Catholic church for many a century. They all go down the harrassment route sooner or later, so best off getting it over with now.

On a more serious note, I don't like what I have read about scientology and their practices and it is beyond me why anybody falls for it. I'm just too cynical for anything though so it is inevitable I would think that way.
