There was a great little film called "Holy Flying Circus" on BBC4 here the other night that was like a re-imagining of the furore caused by Releasing The Life of Brian. It was brilliantly cast, irreverent, absurd, poignant at times and very funny. It showed how far ahead of the curve they were in foreshadowing cultural and comedic trends that we now take for granted. I would highly recommend it if you are a fan. I think in the UK you can probably watch it for Free on i-player but it also had a commercial release so you may be able to watch it on-line, on cable or rent the Blue-ray/DVD.
