Unsurprisingly I am a big fan of beans. Edamame minus the salt, kidney,haricot,black beans, pinto beans, great source of protein and complex carbs. Green beans are something else, nice and fresh. Seeds too, great for healthy oils.Pumpkin,sunflower, etc but also squash seeds dry roasted in the pan and better than throwing away after eating the flesh. Seeds are great thrown in a salad or just on top of something healthy that needs a little texture lift. Crunchy.
