OK, so people who are poor and have a messed up home life, we shouldn't try and mend their family or try and put the kid in a place where they can grow and thrive mentally, physically, emotionally? We just want to leave the great unwashed where they are out of sight out of mind and allow these problems which are fixable to continue and affect generation after generation because we don't want to offend anyone?!?!?!
