I cant belive everyone is picking matthyse to win, i think Danny handles him, just going off the Judah fight alone, Mathysse had much more trouble with Judah then Danny, and it was a game Judah that showed up for Danny, i think Danny takes him out early, his power is underrated.

Yea fair enough. He can bang that's for sure. I don't think he has the same power Matthysse does judging from his fights before Khan. KOing Khan doesn't take much and the shot he caught Morales with was just a peach.

Despite his clowning outside the ring, Angel Garcia is a pretty good trainer imo. The man is smart. I realized this while watching the fights against Khan and Judah. He was telling Danny exactly what to do and his voice was very clear and direct. Trainers need to have this quality and Angel has it.

With the right game plan, Danny can win and I really wouldnt even consider it as an upset if he did.. BAsed on many peoples opinions though, it seems like Mythesse is some kinda massive favorite lol which I dont understand but this is a 50-50 fight in my eyes..

How great can Mythesse be? he got beat by Zab and lost 3x or something like that to Maidana as an amatuer although that was long ago. Still doesn't change the fact that he can be beat by more than one..

I view this as an evenly matched up bout , but I havent made up my mind yet as far as who is going to win. Upon further study, I will let you know.

I'm going with Matthysse in the 1st half. I think Garcia is too easy to hit and with a guy like Matthysse that's not really an option.

Great fight. It's hard not lean toward Matthysse considering he has the advantage in pretty much every category, other than age, but Danny has surprised me before. I'm rooting for both guys.

I'm not going to say that garcia is technically superior cuz he doesn't really have a jab but he does have exceptional timing on his punches and is the better body puncher.

Lucas punches like a mule but I've never seen him taking one from sokmebody who punches just as hard.

They both are made for one another in a sense that both look at it's a best against comeforward opponents so to me this is about who can take the best punch and who can better better dish out as much as they take without getting hurt.

Garcia isn't going to find it difficult to time lucas cuz hell often be within punching range vice versa so it all comes down to punch resistance.
