It's always frustrating to watch a skill challenged fighter like JOnes.. All he has is toughness.
He has no imagination in his offense, no defense, no creativity. Brook's looping right hand around the guard is landing at will yet dude doesnt even making adjustment..

That stoppage was more than proper. INfact the referee was generous to let the fight go as long as it did..

Take a look at the league bro. It's crazy how many people picked JOnes TKO...I don't think anyone who had seen many of Brooks fights would have picked Jones to win. Not in a month of Sundays.
I had Brook by UD so I actually wanted Jones to last the distance.. BUt TBH, that was a good stoppage ..
I think it could even have been stopped earlier because JOnes was eating combinations without throwing anything back..
Many different referees would have stopped it sooner..

The stoppage was maybe a little premature, but Jones had barely thrown a significant punch all night, let alone land one and hadn't won a round.
Jones is tough, but that's about it. He was never in the fight at any point and Brook used him for target practice. After their first fight, I was looking forward to this, but it was very disappointing and told us very little about Brook really.
