Buffer is worth over $100 million because he trademarked "lets get ready to rumble" which has been used about a billion times in Movies, TV, Music, Video games, commercials etc
His actual fee per fight is a reported $15-30,000 range with expenses. Considering he gets that dozens of times a year it's pretty obvious he's effing loaded.
($1million per gig would be more than the purses for most fights he announces)

15-30k sounds more like it and you're right, he owns 'let's get ready to rumble'.
He must do a few lines before he announces, the ammount of times he gets it wrong or trips over his own tongue are quite funny
