It was so disgusting it was almost comical, but wasn't just mindless shock stuff. I think the point was about us, the viewer, that kept watching, even though it got more horrific, going that step further.

In a nutshell from what I watched.
Dude fucks some girls. Then fucks some girls and kills um, then fucks some kid whilst some dude fucks what I think was kids mum. Then dude who fucks kid, skull fucks some guy before chinning mum who's kid he just fucked.
