My Mrs has big tits and no arse and she hasn't been under the knife to get them. Genetics. If you can think of a proportional distribution, chances are someone will be blessed with it. Just like you may get pear shaped women with plenty of booty and no much fruity, so the opposite can also occur. Having hips and curves is not the same as having a big arse and I think that is what Andre meant. The lanky 12 year old boy thing is a bit weird because many women with naturally big tits and a modest arse are actually very petite. Kelly Brook is 5 ft 6 and that's hardly lanky.
Kelly Brook has an arse, she'd have to be tall and skinny to be lanky.
I've yet to see a naturally big breasted women who also had a pankcake arse. I've seen plenty of the opposite, one is rare and the other one isn't.
