Pac is much more accomplished so in that sense, it's hard to place Nonito above him and nobody could dispute that. BUt Im merely talking about natural talents such as athleticsm and finesse. Even when it comes to fundamentals though, Nonito is superior. You can even compare both guys' defensive maneuvers and see whose the more fundamentally sound. Nonito is able to get away with certain mistakes just like Pacquiao because his gifted but unlike Pacquiao, he has the boxing skills to fall back on when in need.
