I always get a little nervous when I heard an opponent described as "tough", "having a lot of heart", "can take a punch", ect, when they are going up against a true technical killer like Tyrone Spong.

You're going to need more than big power and toughness to hang with a guy like that. He can fuck you up pretty quick.

Here's Angel going toe to toe with UFC vet James Irvin (a brutal striker in his own right), came up on the short end but a hell of a fight.

I'm looking forward to this now. Hopefully Angel will go to war with Spong and we'll get to see a great fight.

Yes that's his highest profile opponent up til now.

Spong is 1-0, compared to Angel who is 11-2. Its not like he lacks a ground game either, he's just mostly a banger.

And Jerry Rice, they are headlining a card that will be nationally televised on a MAJOR TV Network, so this isn't some little regional show.

Not surprised you haven't heard of Angel, but Tyrone Spong is a world famous kickboxer from K-1.
