Yes and it happens...due to fear of the unknown...Some fighters duck because they don't know what's going to happen, Some duck because they know EXACTLY what's going to happen

I watched it. I didn't see Lewis getting owned. I saw Vitali holding on for dear life at the end with a face that looked like he'd bumped into Hannibal Lecter.
