Tragic story, but I have to shake my head when I watch news stories on this where they talk to snake experts who always peddle the same line. "Ohhh it's so shocking! Ohhh I can't believe the snake did that, it's so rare, they're not usually like that."

THAT'S WHAT THE FUCK A PYTHON DOES! It finds small prey, and then it squeezes it until it dies. Why do we think that when we capture a wild animal and keep it sealed off, that suddenly undoes hundreds of thousands of years of evolutionary hardwiring? If you keep an animal with that kind of stopping power, you better make damn sure it doesn't get out.

Yeah,most animals have that lower level animal instinct,like the instinctual energies that govern our own sexual and lower stomach charkras which lie low and are right next to each other; hunger and sex.
Which can get a touch lets say combined and at the very worse in humans run to killing for no reason, other than practice or glee like we see in cats on a thrill kill.
Most of us humans pretend we cant understand it and are above it with sheer intelligence and compassion buts thats all bullshit cause intelligence and that makes for an even worse scenario at times. Its what seperates us mammals from animals we have higher energy centers that with compassion and intelligence often outbalance these lower ones completely.

i dont know the ins and outs of the case but doesnt a snake suffocate its prey before eating it? Ive never heard of a snake just killing something without eating it. Did it kill the first lad and then move onto the 2nd?

if it didnt try and eat them then something doesnt sit well with this story
