Heavyweight wise Jeremy Williams/Stormy Weathers comes too mind (from 1:15):

The very first fight taped, Bob Fitzsimmons vs Pater Maher ended in something like 90 seconds...This after it had to be relocated due to law enforcement pressure, so the fans had to ride a train and then a stagecoach for several hours. Then, the fight ended so quickly that the primitive film equipment didn't get started.

The story goes Fitzy was not happy about the film, as he was not being paid for it, so he 'deliberately' tried to win as quick as possible before, as you said, they could film anything.

Well remembered. Thunder certainly could bang to a level. Grimsley had gone 12 rounds with Foreman going into the bout, if I remember correctly.

Peter McNeeley/Frankie Hines allegedly went six seconds, but I see no clips...
