Skateboarder accidently runs into a kid.. Kid's mom retaliates with a right hook

Been there, done that on both sides. Ask any law in fifty States and the skater is immediately at fault. Probably banned and ticketed for skating in "public domain" without it even happening in the first place. In that one though, one was a careless accident...and one was assault. The dude should have shown more compassion and checked little man out for sure, but I doubt he was trying to intentionally transition into an unattended infant. Mom should be charged and herself hope the teen wasn't a minor. If it was dad punching a teenager he might of got a set of trucks across the nose.
