That's a tough one.

The skateboarder should be more aware in a public place of smashing into people, however, considering he was apologising for an accident, he didn't deserve to get chinned, if he retaliated by putting the skateboard over her head I'd have been OK with that.

and parents have to be responsible, as well for there children.
