Seeing as I was supposedly dying a few weeks ago, I thought I would disappoint some of you with the information that I am not dying and in fact appear to be in pretty good health. I have some fatty deposits internally, but apparently nothing out of the ordinary. However, this isn't a cue to going back to unhealthy ways, I shall continue to pursue health and sanity rather than that of gluttonous insanity. In fact, going by my daily weighing where I weigh myself at the same time each day, I am 1.5kg's lighter than a month ago and so just by drinking less and doing a bit of exercise, you can start to have an impact. My goal is 80kg's and to just maintain that for several centuries give or take a little decomposition.
We are having our health check and the 3 things they advise is eat healthy, exercise regularly and rest /sleep well.
