That's true. Juanma did offer him a fight at CW but it was Vazquez who couldn't agree with the weight. I believe it was only like 2-3 lbs that he couldnt agree with? I can't remember the exact weight issue but it wasnt a good reason to turn down a fight considering how he wanted the fight so badly.
Now that he's irrelevant, he's willing to fight at any weight, even 160.
