Both will soon be obsolete, so it doesn't matter now. Super high def LED TVs are coming next, curved ones. Look cool, did cost a fortune, now dropping nearer to normal person retail price.

I just bought the smart 3d TV, bloody waste of money.

Don't worry, it will still be many years before they come down to a price you will want to pay!
