Jim Lampley or Max Kellerman noted during the Alexander fight that Matthysse had sparred with Matrinez for or before the Alexander fight.

Thanks bud. I noticed it was put up in Dec 2012 which would be when Martinez was in a hospital bed so I figured this must of been prior to Chavez but I could not figure out who was helping who for whom although sparring is never bad.
