Sure. Either two things will happen- Fury will stand away and jab to the head and body from afar and the fight will be a snooze-fest, but he will win that contest. Or, he will try to mix it up a few times in a hot exchange and he will get hit- assuming Haye still has his pop. And, at 34, I don't see why he shouldn't have his pop.
Haye will try to put pressure and get on the inside. How Fury responds to that is what will be at Haye's best chance or last chance.
I don't see Fury getting beat if he keeps his jab long, to the head and body- mix in a little short left hook moving to his right and away from Haye's right, Haye will have no choice but to miss wildly- see a lot of slips and falls by Haye.
