I guess most people will probably prefer to use a variety of different size bags to work on different things,However if they could only choose one heavybag what would you recommend..?
If you only begin learning striking, suggest you lighter bag, 60-70 lbs would do. It would save your wrists and knuckles, also you will be able to develop a proper snap without the fear to hurt your hand.After you set the technique right, strengthen your wrists/knuckles/shoulders/grip, improve cardio (be able to work out the bag for an hour), move to heavier weights
