I don't think picking and choosing is bad if you are making good choices. Mayweather picked to fight Canelo... I don't hear anyone complaining about that hand picked opponent.

Besides Tszyu and P. Williams the man has fought pretty much everyone that mattered. He would have fought Pacman but Pac did not want random drug test, which to me says he was hiding something.
