Interesting thought. Is Porter really not that good? Just an average fighter? Or did Diaz some how un-shot himself?

Porter ain't got nothing. Diaz is too slow to hit the spot, but it is right there. You know your boxing. Watch his feet when he punches.

Somewhere between average-predictable strength guy and warriors guile and experience. I read too much into that Holt shotgun blast

Porter needs this redo far more than a Diaz off Khan go

i don't think diaz will be able to keep brawling like this.

he needs to jab and box and hope to land a good counter punch when porter comes in swinging wildly.

Sweet left inside by Diaz made Porter do a small Redd Foxx right there!

Diaz is looking to time him, but he's a half beat slow. He should get away from that hook, quit looping the right. Just shoot it!

I think it is close. Diaz is one right hand from sending us home early.

I think its close also. Porter probably gets the decision but another draw would not be all that surprising.

Porters only feint is a stutter step, he may get the W here but the way he catches just to deal out don't see him going long. A combination hitter would have him doing a Berto with that wide frontal weight

I thought he was shot like 2 years before Holt blasted him

If i had a guy fighting porter, I would tell him to stay away. When Porter tries to throw the right hand and fall in, he brings up his right foot. He squares up.
Get him to wing that right hand, and he likes to wing the right hand. Time him. Go home early.
Diaz kept getting his weight up on his front foot and trying to ride it back with the hook. He needed to time the right hand.
