At this point no. Tarver is ranked #1 Johnson #2, but the Ring still recognises Hopkins as LH champ until he offically announces his retirement. But by the time the Johnson/ Woods bout is over the title may be vacant. Leaving the winner of Johnson/ Woods to face Tarver for the championship.
