I think a Mosely ten years younger and a De La-Hoya 10 years younger and 5 pounds lighter were the only people CAPABLE of at least winning a close MD against Floyd.

The only fighter that came close to beating Floyd was Castillo. Which was YEARS ago.

The second fighter to put up a good scrap was Cotto. If Cotto came into the fight on a high he could have swallowed Floyd up whole- I saw that fight, and it was the only fight I ever saw Floyd scruffed up and battling to stay in the fight.

I would pay to see a Mayweather vs. Cotto 2.

That being said, FIGHT MANNY PACQUIOA.... lololol.... get Arum out of the way, make the fight. Styles makes fights. And, since everyone feels he is beatable for Floyd, then take the ONLY big money fight left out of the entire division...

Floyd vs. Manny still makes sense. Let's hope Arum dies or has a debilitating illness for it to happen!!
    Bigger man George, bigger punch!

No same safety first rely on speed and win performance.

I think it was a return to form from Mayweather. Seeing him slip and shoulder roll away from Canelo's punches really reminded me of a few years back when Mayweather was in his absolute prime.

It was a master class in boxing. Most of Canelo's punches that "landed" were caught by Mayweather's gloves or rolled away from. He really is amazing when he's on form.

Nope! Floyd looked as good as ever. What else is there to say? except there may be two Hopkins.

He seemed a little off to me but it might have been the surprise at Alvarez trying to out box him.
