I remember Haye used to always chicken out of fights in the past so this is nothing new.
How many times did he back out of the wvlad fight before he accepted the schooling. He is a known liar too so who knows the real reason why he pulled out.

Tyson will be waiting a long time trying to get Haye in the ring. Move on to someone else

He could have 'torn' a muscle, or 'broke' a bone if he wanted to duck out the fight. Trying to engineer a cut across the eyebrow by face first sparring would be pretty low down my list of ways to get out of a fight.

Looked nasty that cut alone the eyebrow, fight's off genuine injury people knock fighters
