Watch the other video he released, head down brawling, almost trying to get injured and have an excuse to pull out and not lose to Fury
He could have 'torn' a muscle, or 'broke' a bone if he wanted to duck out the fight. Trying to engineer a cut across the eyebrow by face first sparring would be pretty low down my list of ways to get out of a fight.
