Honestly bud, I don't think they are interested in the least with quality of opposition. Fans are eating blowout KOs up with two forks. This one is simply done to feature him on the East coast for the first time in his career, new exposure blah. Its literally a blown opportunity to show substance over a paycheck and padding a record.
