No one should duck a drug test if they have nothing to hide.

Floyd was right for bringing this stuff in.

Marquez's weight has barely moved up at the weigh in or fight night. He based his entire training after the second Manny fight on power and strength and put the time in pumping iron and putting in as much time in that process as we do with our 9 to 5's. Of course the results are going to be dramatic. If Marquez was cycling growth hormones all this time he'd be having trouble making 147 not weighing in a pound heavier since their last fight. He weighed in at 143 for the 4th fight.

His refusal or failure to comply with Bradleys contract is not proof that he's juicing. Either institute random testing or everybody is freakin guilty. Tim also that walking candy apple and even Floyd. Random tests are no guarantee. Track stars have been beating these things for half a century.

Move along, there's nothing to see here. It's all down to lots of hard work in the gym.
That is smoke and mirrors on your part Kirkland. If you compare the actual weigh in photos like later in the thread your evidence crumbles. Cheat.:-P

Not particularly. I'm a boxing fan. I don't like cheating motherfunkers. Probably Manny has taken stuff at some time as well but at least he's willing to do random testing without stalling and trying to back out of it.

There's no reason why Marquez shouldn't take all the tests in the world. Money isn't the issue.
After the last Manny fight in response to all the suspicion in the media Marquez said he'd do VADA and/or USADA random testing from then on. Heredia, his chemist, said that every fighter he trained from then on would do full VADA and /or USADA random testing. So far they've both proved to be completely full of shit.

Exactly just look at the pic Terrible posted above lol. Instead he puts the most ripped pic he can find on Marquez at the weigh in vs Pac and then he gets a pic of Marquez vs Mayweather where he has already weighted in and gone up in weight standing akward lol. He is already doing random blood testing at any time without him knowing. He did not even have to do that, He choose to.

Not to mention Marquez jumped two weight classes to fight Mayweather and he said he was going to add muscle since he was not a natural 147 pounder at that time. Marquez had NEVER fought above 135. He has now settled in at that weight and kept true to keeping that muscle.

I dont even think Marquez would make 147 without all that muscle his natural weight is 135. That's why he started doing all that strenght and conditioning he has to maintain that muscle to fight there.

    But whatever dude.

Why would JMM not agree to VADA testing? Did he not agree to it in his last fight?
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Floyd gets massive credit for being the first to force the issue or at least make it a big issue.

However, Floyd doesn't demand it for his team (two have tested positive) and he hasn't helped commissions do it or furthered the cause on a national level. Floyd doesn't test 24/7/365 either. He only tests prior to fights and he doesn't use VADA, only USADA, which doesn't do carbon isotope testing to the same level as VADA.

I can see Marquez looking that much different just by adding weight training, in one form or another, to his regimen. My whole life, I worked out and stayed in shape. Since my by-pass surgery (and once my chest healed, and probably to strengthen that weakness) I have started using more weights and direct resistance exercises in my workouts. I am finding muscles in places I never knew I had them before, and I drink more beer weekly than Marquez has probably drank in his life and am coming off 16 pretty sedentary months post surgery.
Now, whether those extra tummy muscles make Marquez a better fighter, NO. What makes him good is the knowledge Nacho Beristain imparted to him, and what he has learned in the ring. Him koing Pac was inevitable; the guy was there to be timed and I am suprised it took him so long to do it.

Look he most likely is on some sort of PED. I think I read reports that it's believe very high numbers top pro boxers are on or have taken some sort of PED during their career.

There are a few I believe are clean but if you don't agree to whatever testing is available I know you are on something.

It's not just boxing it's virtually all sport. They should probably just allow most of it at this stage.

Most people will agree that JMM looked significantly more muscled than usual for his last fight with Pac. Personally, I'd be disappointed to learn he's on PED's, 'cause I've always liked and respected him as a fighter. Sounds silly to correlate personality to PED use... but JMM has always come across as a straight-up and classy fighter. If JCC Jr. were accused of PED use I'd have no problem believing it, but somehow it seems out of character for JMM. Besides, it's not like he's needed the edge over the years. I think people combine the visuals with the vicious KTFO he laid on Pac, and somehow arrive at that conclusion. But like someone said... innocent until proven guilty.
