They are fouls only if the ref calls them. Example, holding is a penalty that 100% of offensive linemen do 100% of the downs in football be it pro, college, high school, pee wee whatever....but the flag isn't thrown every single time. It all depends on what the refs are calling that given game.

a foul is only punished if it is called, a foul is a foul whether it is called or not

the ref was corrupt as he is in all of wlads fights, that ref is the only reason wlad is still champ

there were more fouls in that fight than in any other single boxing fight in the history of boxing only rivalled by several of wlads other fights, and it was also the fight where the lowest percentage of fouls were called in the history of boxing only rivalled by several other of wlads fights, a prime example of how the sport is corrupt, and how wlad is corrupt and does not deserve to be the HW champ

if wlad was forced to fight within the rules he wouldn't be champ anymore, in fact he would have lost his belt long ago, he probably wouldn't even be fighting anymore
