So when exactly are Jayson Velez and Felix Verdejo gonna step up there comp level?

I told you this already. Don't make me say things twice.
They'll be taking a page from the new-style Mexican Boxing Career Development Handbook (a la JCC Junior and Canelo).... and waiting until their 40th fight before fighting a live body.

Oops.... too late. They're already ahead of the pace set by both those hype jobs.

    Rats....
And you wonder why they laugh at you. Alvarez is 23 years old. Has already beaten Trout and took a fight against the best fighter in the planet. Jayson (I can't fucking spell) Velez is 25. He just barely beat Dat Nguyen for his career best win. Let me guess. Nguyen is just as good a win as a Trout win, right? Verdejo is 20 years old and he ain't even got 10 fights. But some how there ahead of the pace?
True Canelo is 23 and fought the best p4p 1 fighter. And I guess Canelo took a page from Wilfredo Benitez if you want to be technical about it. He was like 24-0 fighting guys that were 2-0 and 26-11-4 right up until he fought Cervantes for the title.

Oh but he was a young fighter right? lol
They ducked the Velez and Verdejo competition question

didn't duck shit, just didn't get baited into your transparent bullshit, when are Gilberto Ramirez Sanchez, fat ass Andy Ruiz Jr, Carlos Cuadras, Robert Mazanarez, and Ivan Morales gonna step it up? Julio Ceja didn't even step it up when losing to unknown McDonnell, Ivan Morales more than any of them has no excuse seeing how he was raised in the sport and his older brother is non other than Erik Morales

Verdejo has been a pro for one year, so he's right on track, he'll slowly but surely up the competition level, seeing how the kid's abilities scream future world champ

Velez has work to be done, he takes too many punches and gets tied up easily, good fight for him is against either Ramos, Concepcion, or jump in with Hasegawa and set the record straight

IMO he's probably the weakest of the current prospects, I'd put Verdejo and Pedraza at the top

there's your answer, no cheap insults, no cheap shots, a straight un-biased answer, something you're not capable of doing

Andy Ruiz just fought fellow undefeated guy in Joe hanks and knocked em out like it was nothing.

That was actually a big step up fight for both of them and Ruiz proved to be on another level..

Who did Verdejo step up against? nobody..

Andy "Arreola's twin" Ruiz been a pro since 2009, Verdejo turned pro last year, your point it? in one year he has had 8 pro bouts, Ruiz had 20 in 4

the HW division is shallow enough that Ruiz should be stepping it up against a decent known name that isn't at a world level yet, I'm not saying that you have to throw his fat ass in there with the sharks yet, but he should already be fighting guys like Mitchell, Dimitrenko, Banks, Price, Thompson, or fellow undefeated prospects Perez, Jennings, Boystov, Glazkov, or even a veteran like Chagaev who's coming off a string of wins, he's at that point in his career, Verdejo isn't

nothing about nationality, ffs I wasn't even the one who mentioned a name other than anything in relation to Crawford and Broner in this thread
