I love Russia because like us (Canada) they love hockey and it's cold as fuck there apparently.

I thought about going a couple of years ago cause a mate was teaching English in Moscow, but I never got the money together to do it. He told me you have to take a HIV test before you even get a visa, although what he says is not 100% reliable.

Like Miles, I'd love to do the trans-siberian, over the Caucasus Mountains and over into Mongolia. Side trip up to Ulan Baatar and then on to China for a box of Chow Mein.

Something to save up for I guess.

I actually wouldn't mind visiting Russia. I'm not big on shooting Vodka, but I could learn.
