I have a lot of respect for fighters, but not Ali; I hope his condition came from the people he talked shit about. And not RJJ. I hope he ends up broke and sucking on his own toes. He shouldna oughta played hoops before a fight.
Your irrational hate is uncalled for friend. In the past you've gone so far as to say Jake Lamotta would stop Roy in his prime.

You can't possibly believe all of this. Roy's a nice guy who held on far too long. No need to wish him ill will.
Thats not so ridiculous, seeing as La Motta gave the greatest fighter ever his first loss.
Roy Jones is the greatest ever. And he wasn't no fuckin welterweight either.
Don't troll me. I'm one of the last allies you have left and probably vice versa lol

You know damn well a guy with a 20% ko ratio who is a face first swarmed sure as hell isn't going to defeat a prime Roy Jones.
Hulk, you're my long time friend around here, but LaMotta will walk all over RJJ at 160. Look at the quality of guys he fought. He was so much more than a face first swarmer: the only guy that said he was easy to hit was Fritzie Zivic.
He would take the distance away from Jones, and there is no way o n this planet Jones can hurt him with a punch. He would make RJJ fight and that cat never had the heart for a fight.

Likewise buddy, but I believe Roy had freakish power at 160-168. He certainly could have hurt Lamotta or any one. He did have heart, he proved it in Griffin I, Tarver I and the Harding fight. As an old man, he even proved it in taking a beating against Calzaghe.

I often wonder about these things. Roy has proven everything he needed to prove, in including the fact age has caught up with him. I used to think the Rolling Stones toured only for the money these days. Yes, money is a great motivator but I think these guys, including Ray do these things as it is such a large part of their life and hard to get away from. Do you guys feel the same. I also think Roy really shouldn't take anymore shots, not that he is a terrible announcer but he is showing some signs of wet brain, son.

Alright, I can see that fitting into the equation. But do you think what I said is null and void.

No. I dont think anything you say is null and void. Roy Jones is my favourite fighter along with Greb and a lost cause. He still believes he's a factor or he needs the cash. How can he need the cash? And what is 5 figures going to do? He's got the biggest ego in the history of the sport.

    He cant be broke.

What weight is Roy Jones the greatest ever in?
168 Roy Jones is the greatest fighter who ever lived.
Based on what? Beating Toney who had no consistency?

He only held one title at super middle, the IBF. There were 2 other people regarded as world champions, Frankie Liles and Nigel Benn. Benn was a massive name in america too. Especially after he beat McClellan.

There was also Eubank, then Collins.

He wasnt even the best in the division in those 2 years he was in it. To be the best you have to prove it and leave no dispute.

Did you just say that LaMotta beats Jones? Take the distance like he did against Robinson? Come on man.
