I wouldn't say right now he could beat anyone at welter. I do believe he is the future though of that division if he stays. I'm hoping that Tony fights him next I would love to see that one. If Williams gets by Tony with ease which I"m highly doubting he will then maybe this kid is the realness, I guess time will tell. He just needs to keep fighting better oppents.
