I was wondering what height you think is best, Bottom of bag at waist level.. or top of bag about head height..?

I find the latter is good for working on body shots and the former is good for working on straight punches although i'm not sure if I can get it that high due to the height of the stand.

I have also heard people say that the logo is usually where the sweet spot is.
