I'm going to stick my neck out and jump on board with this statement,
Williams beats Julio, Quintana, Collazo, Cintron et al..........
He's just too big and fast for the division, yeah his defense is kinda non-existant, but the guy has a great chin and a friggin 82" reach at welter!! I will give this division to Williams (with the exception of PBF) until I am proven otherwise, i.e. him losing
