Very tough for Fenech, but it doesn't really sound like Shane was in bad faith or anything here to me If he was due the other 700 grand in writing before the fight, regardless of how absurd his making a million for the fight may have been, he has no obligation to fight without getting it. Seems like Fenech may have made the biggest error in judgement, this Warton promoter must have talked him into it somehow to cut his losses. Surely they(Mosley, Fenech and co) would have known that sales were crap though, must be more to the story.
