Hes a glorious new car fresh off the manufacturing line never put on the highway. They have kept him adrift on stiffs and the very first time he "steps up" it will be for a world championship, one that his opponent had to at least win not one but two eliminators...and same with the former trinket owner Vitali. The dude has been sheltered and I don't buy for a minute that he is some avoided beast. He simply brings zero to the table and has done nothing but rack up pre determined numbers.
