That was at the very end of the fight, it was a left hand PUSH. Murat got very busy with his head in the last second of the fight and Smoger pushed his head away.
Just goes to show that you can't believe anything, if someone wants to push the truth a little, even when you see it.
I was thinking Smoger would have DQed Murat if that wasn't the last round.
A terrible fight and most of the blame should be on Smogers shoulders. He gave control of the fight to Hopkins, in my opinion.
