Stevenson is on some Clubber Lang shit.
As much as I would find it hard to give anyone props for beating such an ancient version of Hopkins, I would be very interested to see what Stephenson could do with him... Southpaw power (to me) always seems more perplexing, more sensational, more devastating. I think his overall speed and power alone would be a threat for anyone but with Hopkins it always has to be so much more. Stephenson doesn't really feint a lot but is happy to set up punches by himself AND can do it going backwards which poses a fairly niggly situation for Hopkins. I think Hopkins would have a far better chance against Kovalev as Kovalev is (effective but) straight forward (maybe bit too honest) in his approach. As long as he (Hopkins) is held upright, He'd find ways to work around an honest fighter all day long.
