Try all that and be satisfied with a steady relationship first. It sounds like dwelling on marriage right now may be putting the cart before the horse. I don't think anyone should get married in hopes of finding security be it financial or mental. Get secure in yourself first...women don't want insecure dudes. At least half of everyone I know on a daily basis is divorced, some a couple of times. Or are "stuck" as they say which I think is bullshit. Looks fade, age comes, substance is revealed regardless if you are ready or not when you get beyond a prepared package or presentation. I worry about people who want to be seen saying something rather than heard first. Things can be overlooked in someone if you 'care' about them enough so its not a uniformed question, one size does not fit all.
