    Congratulations.

You had to be tired too. Two minutes feels like a loooong time in there, especially throwing that many punches.

Not bad! Youv got the basics down well like balance and a decent jab, just get your jabbing hand back quicker

You didn't rush in while windmilling which you see a lot of in these things and those right hands were nicely placed. I think you were putting more beef on the left hooks but the rights weren't telegraphed and were slotted in well.

You'll be even better as the weight drops off.

    How tall are you?

I'm happy I've seen this video because my hands were sloppy and it's something I need to improve on. We have been doing work on defence and slipping this week and it's something that I do need to improve. I know I can usually box better than this because I don't tend to be the aggressor but with all of my mates there I didn't want to let them down so I went for it. It worked but I prefer to fight on the counter.

I'm just about 6 foot maybe a tiny bit bellow, that's why I need to go down in weight. Far too small for a heavyweight nowadays and no doubt I can go down in weight with hard work.

you kept it cool mate, good composure and seemed to stick to what you have learned in the gym

i for one know how hard that is, you put all the effort into technique and style and once you get in there its out of the window

Yes mate I was tired I did 15 weeks of solid training for that fight though so I dug in and kept throwing, I think that's part of the reason why I got the stoppage because I set a good pace in the first round. I think he was tired and my right hand hurt him.
