Running 1 1/2 miles a day! Wow he certainly knows how to train hard. The average mum does that journey when she goes shopping, plus she's loaded with heavy bags!

I mean if he's making a big deal of running less than 2 miles a day what the F*** does he normally do? 10 Star Jumps?
he's not only running 1 and a half miles,he runs for a total of 1 hour 45 minutes but his route consists of a notorious hill called puke hill at a local university,i should of been more clear.
So it takes him 1 hour 45 minutes to run a mile and a half?

He should start training with Andy Fordham! :P
